Skilled Gardener – 6‑Month Contract (Potential Full‑Time Role) 

Kiddington Hall is seeking an experienced and motivated Skilled Gardener to join our dedicated estate team. This is a 6‑month contract with a strong possibility of progressing into a permanent full‑time position for the right candidate.

This is a live out position

Key Responsibilities
Specialist horticultural work including pruning, planting, propagation, and border maintenance
Grounds care such as mowing, hedge cutting, and seasonal estate tasks
Working with formal gardens, lawns, woodland areas, and ornamental features
Monitoring plant health, pests, and diseases
Operating and maintaining horticultural machinery
Supporting estate projects and improvements

About You
Proven experience as a gardener or horticultural professional
Strong plant knowledge and practical gardening skills
High standards of presentation and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year‑round
Driving licence required
Contract Details
6‑month contract with potential to become full‑time
Beautiful working environment on a historic Oxfordshire estate
