We`re Hiring: Sole Gardener – South Cambridgeshire 🌿
One family is seeking a cheerful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic sole gardener to maintain three distinctive gardens, in South Cambridgeshire. This is a full-time position, with your time flexibly shared between the sites (approximately 3:1:1).
🌳 Garden 1 is in Great Shelford and at 10 Acres is the main focus of the week (3 days/week)
The principal garden is a stunning 10-acre recently landscaped estate featuring woodland, wildflower meadows, tree avenues and orchards. The focus of the role is the beautifully designed formal gardens, including long herbaceous borders, a rose garden, expansive lawns and an elegant rill water feature. You`ll also care for a productive walled kitchen garden with greenhouse.
The wider estate includes a tennis court, golf putting green, swimming pool, lighting and irrigation systems, while a purpose-built barn provides excellent facilities, including modern equipment storage, an enclosed seating area and bathroom.
We`re looking for someone who:
