🌸 Own the school’s in-house nursery — lead propagation, growing, and plant care in purpose-built polytunnels, with nursery experience a big plus.
🌼 Get creative with award-worthy floral displays — support the design, growing, and planting of displays for both the school and town in Uppingham in Bloom / Britain in Bloom competitions.
🌿 Varied hands-on role — from pruning, hedge cutting, mowing, and leaf clearance to hard/soft landscaping and maintaining garden features. No two days are the same.
