Founded in 1989, English Country Gardeners is a family-run company built on openness, honesty, and a personal approach. With a wealth of experience recruiting for estates throughout the UK and overseas, we specialise in placing permanent professionals at every level — from Head of Gardens & Grounds and Estate Managers to Head Gardeners, Junior Gardeners, and Under Gardeners, whether full-time or part-time.
