Gardener sought for a Private Estate near Hungerford, Berkshire

An opportunity for a passionate and dedicated gardener to join a small team on a beautiful
private estate located near Hungerford, Berkshire. The 4 hectare garden, set within
parkland, features formal and informal herbaceous borders, ponds, lawns, glasshouses,
vegetable gardens and wildflower areas.

This is a unique role for someone keen to join a team and gain hands-on experience in a
prestigious private setting, working closely with our Head Gardener.

A genuine enthusiasm for horticulture and a desire to learn are essential. Horticultural
qualifications preferred but not essential. The role will involve a wide range of
responsibilities including garden maintenance, operating various gardening tools,
propagation, pruning, planting, and vegetable cultivation.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to include training.

Closing Date 25th June 2026

Salary:  £30,000-£35,000 DOE
