Estate Worker
Full-time, enthusiastic estate worker required on a country house estate including a working farm, in West Berkshire between Reading and Newbury. You will be a member of a small but excellent team, working with our Farm and Gardener Managers, on all estate and farm work, alongside gardening jobs.
Live-out.
Work will include hay making, grass cutting, pruning, hedging, fencing, ditching, spraying, tree and chainsaw work, plus waterways, river, pond and bridge renovation/maintenance, as well as the care of small herd of highland cattle.
Spraying and chainsaw tickets, ride on, tractor and trailer, digger and machinery operating qualifications would be useful. A car driver is essential. Smoking not permitted.
Salary £30K+ but depending on experience.
