Head Gardener
Private country estate, located in the Banbury/Oxford region, is currently searching for a Head Gardener. We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead the efforts in preserving and enhancing the grounds.
Duties Outlined but Not Limited to:
In your role as the Head Gardener, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks to ensure the estate’s upkeeping.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our close-knit team, coordinating efforts for impeccable estate maintenance.
- Showcase your expert touch in caring for perennial borders, while also executing essential tasks like Topiary and hedge pruning, tree care, mowing, strimming, and irrigation.
- Uphold our high aesthetic and health standards for the diverse plant life that graces the estate.
- Contribute your insight to the planning and execution of landscape enhancement projects that elevate the estate’s allure.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with some need for outside of work hours.
