Due to ill health replacement of a skilled gardener is required to join a team on a North Cotswold estate.

Upton Wold is an award winning garden, known as the Hidden Garden of the Cotswolds, open to the public by appointment, and holds two National Collection of trees.

The owners are passionately keen and like to work alongside their gardeners in all matters.  Maintenance of rare plants, borders, greenhouses and a poly tunnel is required with little heavy work. Knowledge of propagation and cuttings is essential.  Ladder work is required.

The garden is visited by many very good gardeners and professionals during the year, and sometimes taking them round the garden is needed.

Generous salary according to age and experience.

Accommodation could be considered if necessary.
