Head Gardener
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced, hard working and dynamic Head Gardener to join and manage a team of 10 full time staff and 4 seasonal staff within a large private, wine producing Estate in Provence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and further development of the extensive private gardens surrounding a C17 Château including both formal and ornamental areas, a large vegetable garden and orchards. The management of the estate’s wooded areas and native coastal maquis will also fall under his/her remit.
As well as a proven track record, candidates must be fluent in both French and English. A competitive salary package will be offered to the right candidate including accommodation for his/her family (if applicable).
