With a wealth of experience recruiting for estates throughout the UK and overseas, we specialise in placing permanent professionals at every level — from Head of Gardens & Grounds and Estate Managers to Head Gardeners, Junior Gardeners, and Under Gardeners, whether full-time or part-time.

Work with the garden designer to preserve historic character while delivering exceptional standards across: 🪻herbaceous & shrub borders

🌳developing & established woodlands
🌱native heathland
🥕kitchen garden (veg & cut flowers)
🌼wildflower meadows
🌿hedgerows and newly planted ornamental trees.
You’ll need strong plant knowledge, sound horticultural practice, enthusiasm for an ornamental kitchen garden, experience supervising a general groundsperson and contractors. RHS Level 2 (or equivalent) preferred but proven experience with historic landscapes considered.
