Experienced Gardener
Experienced Gardener sought for a private 4-acre estate near Marlow. An established and well furnished garden encompassing woodlands, pond, formal lawns and borders, organic orchard, walled rose an vegetable garden. Additional 30 acres of grazing under tenancy.
Position of Live out Gardener reporting to Head Gardener ideally requires RHS level 1 or 2, or equivalent experience with PA1/PA6 advantage. With a proven track record across a range garden disciplines including maintaining existing areas with capacity to develop new projects.
The candidate needs to be able to use their own initiative, have a can-do attitude working outdoors in all weather and be happy to learn on the job.
Knowledge and experienced of using garden machinery, ride on, mower, pedestrian mower, strimmer’s, hedge cutters etc. would be an advantage
Salary in the 30-32k range with a Monday to Friday 40-hour week.
