Ruth Bolam
Commercial & Operations Director
Ruth was appointed as the Commercial and Operations Director in December 2016, previously she managed the Groups management accounts, with a career in financial accounting for the private sector. Today Ruth is responsible for the day to day running of both English Country Gardeners Ltd and its sister company horticruitment UK. Ruth’s aim following on from her father Mike Fuller, the Company’s Managing Director, is to ensure that English Country Gardeners does not simply exist but thrives.
Sara Yassin
Recruitment Specialist
Sara joined the English Country Gardeners team in October 2018. She had previously been employed by EY as well as Carmichael Fisher, a leading international executive search firm with a global presence. Sara came to English Country Gardeners with a wealth of recruitment experience, having a natural and professional persona that has meant she has gained a reputation as one of the leading recruiters for the professional gardener.
Danielle Moss
Job Board & Office Manager
Danielle joined the English Country Gardeners team in November 2018. Danielle gives a great deal of support to both the consultants and management alike. Danielle has a background working as a financial administrator and data analyst.
Sophie Sharpe
Consultant
Sophie joined the English Country Gardeners team in 2021 as a Resourcer, she was quickly promoted to Junior Consultant. This role is an important part of the search and selection service where candidates and client’s vacancies are managed. Before spending a year as a PPE co-ordinator for the NHS during the pandemic, Sophie spent many years working in retail management, at one of the country’s busiest shopping centres; working for several premium cookware brands.
Sam Taylor
Management Accountant
Sam joined English Country Gardener in early 2022 as a Management Accountant. Sam comes from a strong accountancy background which she studied at University. In her spare time Sam is Mum to 4 and enjoys playing netball.
