Our specialist agencies recruit for commercial horticulture as well as for many of the country’s most prestigious Gardens, both Horticruitment and English Country Gardeners have been established for over 30 years. We have gone from strength to strength through the pandemic and are now looking for successful recruiters to join the team. This role is perfect for an experienced recruiter looking to move into to a more consultative, specialist market or someone who has worked in either horticulture or for a professional country estate. There is flexibility for the role of Recruitment Consultant to include part remote working if required.
The Role –
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business
- Headhunting high calibre professional candidates
- Account Management
- Interviewing candidates
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Developing a strong personal brand
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Using recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
SALARY: OTE £30k – £40k+
