Head Gardener
Head Gardener required
To produce year-round fruit and vegetables from the walled kitchen garden, maintain herbaceous borders, lawns, woodland and bog garden. Be able to direct the assistant gardener and carry out house duties
You will have:
The ability to grow a wide range of fruit and vegetables
Good knowledge and experience of garden equipment and the maintenance thereof
Strong horticultural skills and technical knowledge
Chainsaw and Knapsack sprayer certificates
Full driving licence
This is a fulltime position, 39hrs per week plus alternate weekend duties. A 4 bed house is offered with the position. The position is located on a private estate in rural Northumberland.
