Full time Head Gardener required for a property near Stowmarket, Suffolk

Will be managing an existing gardening team of 2-3 so must be experienced at, and comfortable with, direction and development of others.  Minimum of 5 years of management experience.

Must be happy to work outside in all weathers, and be flexible with hours and tasks to ensure smooth running of the property.

Must be happy taking instruction as well as working on own initiative.

No smoking allowed on the property.

Skills

Operating and maintaining all equipment including a tractor with loader, large sit on mowers, chainsaws, sprayers etc

15+ years varied horticultural experience (not just a grounds keeper) including management
