Head Gardener
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Gardener to join our Estate Management team in looking after a 12 acre site in Radlett.
The role is very much hands on in a small team and requires a proactive approach to the gardens with an outward customer service attitude to the homeowner.
Desired candidate must have experience of kitchen gardens, herbaceous borders, lawn management and general garden husbandry, including tree care, cutting, hedging and tool maintenance.
They must be a motivated individual who is keen to take ownership of an interesting and diverse set of gardens and seek continuous improvement in their presentation.
This is a live out role.
RHS Level 2 or equivalent experience/qualification.
