Gardens Supervisor required
We’re looking for an experienced Horticulturist to assist our Head Gardener with the running of our Gardens department. Paultons Park is renowned for its grounds and gardens and we are looking for someone who can take an active role in the creation and development of both existing and new areas.
You will be using your knowledge, skills and experience to help finalise and deliver the horticultural vision for the Park. Whilst you will be responsible for delegating work and supervising the completion this is very much a hands-on role. You will have extensive plant knowledge along with experience in science and practice of cultivating and managing plants. We believe we have high standards at Paultons Park and you will be responsible for ensuring these are maintained with the Gardens team. You will also be supporting the team to develop and enhance their skills to ensure everyone is able to contribute to the success of the team.
