Highly experienced gardener sought for a beautiful private estate in Marlow.
We are looking for a highly experienced live-out gardener for a beautiful private estate near Marlow. Gardening qualifications and a proven track record and relevant experience are important.
Excellent knowledge of flowers, plants and fruit trees is desirable. The estate is set on approximately 4 acres which is a mix of formal lawns, large herbaceous borders, formal and informal hedging, woodlands, large pond, walled flower and vegetable garden with greenhouses and orchard. There are also almost 30 acres of fields. The role reports to the Estate Manager. A part-time assistant gardener is employed as well as occasional garden consultants as necessary.
The Estate Manager is also hands-on assisting in the garden. Salary is £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
