Highly experienced live-out gardener sought for a beautiful 4 acre estate near Marlow. This an established and well furnished garden encompassing woodlands, pond, formal lawns and borders, organic orchard, walled rose and vegetable garden. There is an additional 30 acres of grazing under tenancy.

The position of principle gardener reporting to the hands-on Estate Manager requires RHS Level 3 or equivalent, with a proven track record across a range of garden disciplines. You will be responsible for maintaining existing areas with the capacity to develop new projects.
